Take this review with the grain of salt that I have not yet bought a house due strictly to personal reasons. That being said;
Working with Dylan from Foster-Healey has been/was a fantastic experience. As an agent, his attention to detail and work ethic are top notch. He has a true passion for this line of work and I have nothing but praise for him. They really made the process smooth and easy to understand for a first timer! Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Thomas Pultorak is the worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with. With only days left until my closing date, he had yet to sign the P&S which had been completed on my end for months; amongst numerous other documents. He has been contacted countless times by both my personal agent and myself to simply get an update on my new construction and he ignores phone calls and emails. After countless excuses from Tom such as “I have to cut down a tree” (when asked for the millionth time to submit a form) I finally contacted the President of the company

I contacted Foster Healey in order to get some basic information on building in the central mass area. I first spoke to the owner of the leominster branch who was kind and responsive. I was then put in touch with one of his agents who could not have been more rude and dismissive. She was condescending and inappropriate and I can not imagine speaking to a person that way especially a potential customer. I certainly will not be seeking any future services from this company.
