Revive Chiropractic is proud to employ Certified Medical Examiners that can perform pre-employment and/or Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exams. DOT drivers are able to pre-fill demographic and health history information here prior to the appointment.
Once an employment/DOT exam has taken place and it has been determined that you are healthy and able to perform the job, you will be given a laminated wallet-sized medical certificate (Form MCSA-5876) that same day.DOT exam certificates are good for 24 months. After having a fall at work and going to the doctor and just having them give me prescriptions that were only going to mask the pain but not fix the problem I decided to look into going to a chiropractor. I decided I’d try and find one close to work and I stumbled Across revive chiropractic and I’m so happy I did because they’ve been really great and helping me get my hip and sciatic issues under control and being that I’ve never been to a chiropractor before they are very patient with you and understanding and any fears are concerns that you might have and they take the time to explain

Two part review. 1-I haven't been to a chiropractor in 15 years. I went in for some neck and shoulder pain I couldn't bear. I was also curious if it could help my overall health as I was also having digestive issues that had worsened over the last few months. The neck pain is on the road to being non-existent, but my digestive issues were solved overnight. My heartburn reduced 80%, and my other issues improved significantly. Literally life-changing.

I can’t say enough good things about Revive Chiropractic. Dr. Brea, Dr. Quentin, & Nicole are so incredibly kind and personable, I always feel so welcome and cared for when I enter Revive. I’ve only been at Revive for a short amount of time, and am already seeing results! Needless to say, I’m so happy with my choice.

I had been in pain for 3 months. Had been to Urgent Care and physical therapy with not much improvement. I was referred here by a friend. The day I went I had shoulder pain so bad I could not even move my arm. My goal was to get the pain to a tolerable point. I had previous back issues also. Between adjustments and "cupping" massage therapy I am 90% better. These people are helpful, friendly, supportive, and informative. You feel so comfortable there. I would recommend this business to everyone.

We began going to Revive based on a family referral and couldn’t be happier. My son was having ear infections, so we gave chiropractic a shot. He sees Dr. Brea and she is so great with him!! She listens, gives options and is so comforting. He is responding well to treatments and we are continuing with monthly visits. I have also begun treatments with Dr. Brea has motherhood and a big baby boy bring along some aches and pains! She has been more thorough than any chiropractor I’ve seen!

My daughter went in to see Dr. Brea for a tune up before her first track meet of the season. She felt immediate relief on some tight hamstrings afterward. She couldn't stop talking about how different it felt and even requested we make another appointment soon!
And can we talk about the fun atmosphere here? Music, smiles, awesome equipment, inspirational and witty sayings on the walls. I have never seen a chiropractic clinic quite like it!
