The visit this time was great. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I had not been there for 2 years because I didn't think the staff was very professional so I changed dentists. But an emergency took me back to them and I was delighted to see the staff changes and the attitude changes. I will be going back to them again as my preferred dentist.

5 Stars from the moment I called for the appointment! After calling several dental offices that were within my insurance network and experiencing rude, unhappy people at those locations, I decided to call Palmetto Smile Center.
The young lady who answered the phone was so welcoming and kind. All of my anxiousness was put at ease. She was not only kind, she was knowledgeable. She even took the time and added me to a cancellation list in the event PSC could see me prior to my scheduled visit — which she ended up calling me back a few days later and got me in weeks earlier! Answered prayer.
