I paid $200 upfront for a online picture appraisal. I was told this would take the evening and did not receive until the following evening after asking appraiser via email three times. Finally the evening after I was expecting to hear I emailed and requested a response or refund. Within a few minutes I got an appraisal of the area with the front picture of my house and a few surrounding houses. No notes on appraisal value besides three comparables which were easily accessible online. I had more information about my home and comparables before the appraisal that I wasted $200 on. Again, nothing
