In 1989, she earned her Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles (go Trojans!), where she earned a place at the top of her class. She specializes in family dentistry and cosmetic procedures and is a member of the Orange County Dental Society, California Dental Association and of course, the American Dental Association.

I don't live in their neighborhood anymore but I still drive 40 minutes each way to visit the dentist because that's how great this team is. Sylvia at the front desk is the kindest and most patient person ever. She goes above and beyond to answer all your questions about procedures and figuring out the cost with insurance companies. Erica and Stephanie in the back are marvelous and work so well with kids, and myself (a dentist-anxious kid at heart). Dr. Murthy herself is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Every time I've had work done with this team it's gone really smoothly

I have avoided the dentist for a few years now because I had a terrible experience with Western Dental and An application for credit card, but I digress. Returning back with Dr. Murthy was the right choice. The office is incredibly friendly and clean and doesn't make you feel out of place. I had a cleaning and am returning next Friday for more work and I am excited to return to this environment because I feel like I can trust everyone who works there.

I had a great appointment today establishing care as a new patient with Dr. Murthy-- she is so kind and knowledgeable, and her staff are so helpful (Octavia in front office, and Erica assisting with procedures). They explain things very well and spend ample time doing a thorough job. I'm very glad to have found her office

My family of five sees Dr. Murthy and we love her. My youngest son is only 2 years old and my oldest is 7.
My husband was her patient first and had a great experience so had us join with him.
My 7 year old son HATED the dentist. He would never let his pediatric dentist do a full exam or take x-rays. That dentist was specially designed for kids and had cartoons all over with iPads and everything most kids would want. However, my son was just not comfortable with the dentist. Eventually, we noticed a "chip" in his molar which turned into needing a crown. He had to be completely knocked
