Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Pretty sure now that all these 5 star reviews are fake. ☹️ Such a bad experience trying to come here, and a friend of mine ended up leaving after switching in earlier this year. I recommend avoiding this office and going somewhere more professional if you want State Farm.

When I was buying my first home I was looking to find affordable insurance and excellent coverage. After speaking to Carly and Katie I was not only able to get a great rate on my home and car insurance, but I walked away with a lot more knowledge. These ladies really took the time to make sure I understood every step of the way, and made sure I was covered with the best policies. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I've always written off State Farm as being overpriced, Sierra did a fantastic job of proving me wrong on that. Her professionalism, thoroughness, and understanding of what best fit for me and my family was a bonus that I hadn't experienced before when buying insurance.

Could not recommend this office more! I contacted Sierra when I was buying my car recently and I was looking around to see which company could give me the best rates. Not only was the price far below what I was quoted with my previous insurance company, but it also included my renters and life insurance! Sierra took the time to make sure that I understood what was included in all of the policies and she answered all of my questions. This process was by far the easiest part of buying my car recently. The small team working together here is so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The customer service

Not only did Katie get me a car insurance rate far below what I was already paying but she also talked me through how I would end up bundling my home insurance once I finally closed on escrow. Then there was the office itself. So welcoming and homey. Whoever decorated deserves a bonus.

I've been insured with State Farm for over 30 years, and recently got assigned to Sierra after my previous agent retired. And boy, have I been pleased with her so far! During a get-to-know-you session and policy review, Sierra asked all the right questions, exhibited excellent listening, didn't fill me with a bunch of sales spiel, and found a number of opportunities to save me money while actually enhancing my coverage. She really knows her stuff, and could provide answers to about 90% of my "what if" and cost-related questions right there on the spot. She is an insurance geek -- just the kind
