Formerly Hillcrest Chiropractic, Cook Family Chiropractic has been serving the residents of Wisconsin Rapids since 2007. Our mission is to treat you like you're family and provide you with natural health care. With a wide range of doctors utilizing multiple techniques patients can be sure they will find a good fit with one of the doctors at Cook Family Chiropractic.
I benefited from chiropractic care. Witnessing all of the ways chiropractic helped me and others, I was so impressed that I decided to become a chiropractor. Dr. Super explains that the biggest challenge to this is seeing people out there who suffer needlessly and overmedicate themselves simply because they don't know the benefits of chiropractic care.
The primary reason Dr. Missy became a chiropractor was to be able to work with women and children. She was drawn to the holistic approach of chiropractic after visiting with a chiropractor at a job fair. The chiropractor at the job fair was able to have a family and still pursue a profession he loved.
The process of childbirth can be traumatizing to a child, even during the smoothest of deliveries. Using the same techniques we use to adjust adults, but in a gentler way, we adjust infants to prevent health problems later in their little lives. The amount of pressure necessary to adjust an infant is about the same you would use to determine if a piece of fruit is ripe.
Childbirth is one of the most traumatic things that the body will go through. It often results in a lot of alignment issues and other problems that can be corrected at an early stage. There are no medical doctors in our practice, but we have a good relationship with several in town that we refer to and vice versa.

I saw Dr. Super at this clinic for many years. I was always happy with the care I received, up until an appointment with her where she started a line of conversation that was WAY too personal for a Doctor/Patient relationship. I left the appointment so embarrassed and disgusted that I wasn't even willing to transfer my care to one of the other Drs there, for fear of still having to pass by her for future appointments. I am in the market for a new chiropractor now, and it takes a lot for me to make a change like that as I hate change with a passion.

I was recommended to see a chiropractor because of the tingling and numbness of my arms legs hands and feet I was seeing Dr. Missy for nearly a year she did take X-rays she said could be possible nerve damage but she still treated me I recently found out what my actual diagnosis was and had extreme spinal surgery and my neurologist told me never to see a chiropractor again she could have paralyzed me. I do not recommend chiropractors ever again I don't trust them

Dr. Missy Cook made my quality of life so much better. My neck went out of alignment and it seized up really bad. Doctors threw pain medications at me, and after about a week of no resolution, Dr. Cook fixed me up in all of 10 minutes. It will take a few more trips and adjustments to allow full healing, but I have more range of motion and can go back to picking up my baby and just daily life in general. I highly recommend!
