Theft of services. I was approached on 9.6 by their maintenance worker at 11am about tapping into our electricity as the rental they were working on had none. He said 15 to 30mins for 20 to 30 dollars. He would come back later as they had exceeded that time saying "we may have to bump it to 50". They unhooked and returned our cord at 140pm. When asked about our payment we were given Legend Realty contact info. I called immediately but no one answered. But soon as I texted I was hit right back. They asked how much did they use.
