No responsive at all. I filled the form for free consulting and never get a call back from them like they mentioned in their website ASAP. So I made a phone call to the office and receptionist said Pauline was busy with the other phone call and I could get an appointment with her in next 3 weeks for only phone consulting. Unbelievable!! Just for 10-15 mins phone consulting I had to wait 3 weeks? How could you work with a CPA who hard to reach and unresponsive.

I'm not going to waste more of my time than I need to on this review, as that would be giving this accountant more attention than they deserve. Let me say that I am not a tax expert nor do I care to be. I seeked out the help of Pauline and her team for assistance with my company in early stages of growth.

My small business has been utilizing the payroll services at Laus Consulting for two years now. They have been excellent every step of the way.
