I can not say enough good things about these two wonderful women, Krista and Kamie. They were my rays of sunshine during a very dark time when divorcing my unfaithful partner of 20+ years. Kamie was a huge help to me in my divorce. Not only did she listen to me and advocate for my well being, but also of my kids. At times she talked me out of starting unnecessary and costly "fights" or quarrels with my (now) ex-wife's attorney. She told me several times that she would only be wasting my money on certain motions that I wanted to file out of fear or hurt. While I have never officially hired Kamie Hefner, I did seek her advice regarding a family law issue that I was struggling with. She was forthright and very direct with me regarding her opinion - and she also had very sound advice about the process and my next steps. I felt very comfortable discussing my issues with her - which sometimes is complicated in matters of the heart.

This is all semantics, Kamie represented me in my divorce and did the bare minimum to represent me!!! As far as the other I called her up and asked her to represent me/hire her. I set an appointment with her and we met NEVER once did she it was a consultation, she told me I could handle it myself and the judge would not like it if I had a lawyer and me ex didn't. Had she stated I don't want represent you, I would have sought other counsel...I have had others that have strayed away from her because if her ineptness and dishonest nature....tread lightly if you hire her!!!!
