Four years ago we hired Trident Management after going through hell and high waters to fire the old Managment company who destroyed our building and left us in over $ 100,000 in the hole and with out leaving any sortable records for us to start rebuilding. We chose Trident because of their transparency in all the record keeping and their experience in dealing with condominiums. Therese Elkins is our current Trident Manager she has been amazing. Terrible, borderline fraudulent company.
I recently lived in a Trident-managed building and I'm shocked that Trident is an active company. I knew this would be a bad experience from the minute we were hit with surprise egregiously $200 move-in fees, which are currently being withheld with zero evidence.
Other than that, there are weeks between emails, poor communication, and an overall shady approach to doing business. It's a shame that such a beautiful city such as Miami is tarnished by dubious companies like Trident.
Where is the leadership?

Trident Real Estate has been our HOA management company for about 4 years now and even though our association is small Jason and Sally treat us like we are their only client. With other management companies just getting a response took a week or more, much less action on an item of interest to the condo owners. They are very responsive and when an action item is named they complete it and send us detail of the action taken. These guys really get it!

Recently sold my house In Miami and currently live in Virginia. I interviewed at least 3 realtors and 3 property managers in Miami because we were undecided between renting or selling. BE VERY CAREFUL ! This Company-George Zamora Who managed-rented my condos unit 9 and again unit 10 at 840 10th street in Miami Beach Fl was so Negligent , Rented units to people who ended up destroying both my condos, meanwhile they were informing me the tenants were nice and clean and the units were kept well. Broken doors, apliances , washer ,drier, dishwasher, Kitchen cabinets, broken broken windows sinking bathtubs Mold every where...

We submitted an offer for a rental apt last Friday and immediately were asked for some atypical $200 fee for some additional background check and explanation that this fee is to satisfy the actual owner's criteria.. Regardless of the condo association background check which would cost another $200 at a later time? I made a mistake a trusted them as they appeared as a well established business therefore I submitted the payment in person and was told on spot by Albert that I'm the only offer for the apartment, therefore they will get back to me very soon... After they received my payment
