This review is for Gary Clow and my experience using him for a residential rental property. Thus, this is my assessment of his character and his knowledge in real estate transactions. Total Property Resources was listed in his email signature during our correspondence - I believe he is a real estate agent (contractor) there.
The property was great and was just as pictured! Before renting the property, I paid Gary above his asking price for the condo and gave him a deposit. I left the property in clean, working order with no damage. Not only did Gary initially "forget" that I paid a deposit
