Very fast professional service for alignment on my Ram Truck that nobody else wanted to touch. Will be my go to from now on. I was referred by a competitor of STR who could not do an oil change /rotation but, said he would trust STR to work on his own vehicle and has sent others to STR. I must say he was right.

My Mini Cooper had been giving me issues for a while. My car had been serviced prior by another mechanic and the dealership. STR identified concerns that neither did and actually ended up saving me money. Everyone is professional and very pleasant to work with. I didn't realize how much power was missing from the car until STR came into the picture. My car runs better than it ever has now. I can't thank them enough

Best kept secret in town ( new customer) Went in for oil change. I knew my brakes were squawking but did not say anything! 2016 Jeep kept up to date but with my travels have not made time. My appoint was 9:30am but went in early. awesome waiting room fresh coffee/ cold drinks/fresh popcorn/ very comfortable area with tv also. My car was taken immediately and was ready soon as I was getting ready to check out they suggested I needed break pads soon. What the heck they caught me. Yes please fix! Checked in at 8:43 out at 10:02 11/12/2019 will be back when time rolls around again Rita

From start to finish, Ryan and the team at STR gave excellent customer service. Ryan was sharp, knowledgeable and quick to get us the information needed to make a good decision on what to address on our car. The prices were below the dealership with the same quality of work- they even caught a few things the dealer missed the first time we had it looked at and STILL came in under their quote.
