All of a sudden the trunk of my car was not working so I decided to get a couple quotes from different European Automotive mechanics. I decided to call EURO TECH IMPORTS and The owner gave me a quote that was 1/3 the price the Mercedes Dealer gave me. He patiently went through the ins and outs of the process, how long it would take, what parts were needed, and why this problem had even arose. All in all he was very thorough in his explanation of how the process would work if I did go through with him. They were extremely caring and friendly here. MADE ME FEEL WELCOME!!

I took my 2016 BMW 750LI to the new car store (BMW of Ontario) for a potential engine issue and concerns over an oil leak. The technicians stated that I needed a new transmission and oil pump that amounted to nearly $6000. Frustrated at these high costs, I took it over to BMW of Riverside and they gave a much lower price for repairs, amounting to about $4300. This was still more than I expected after owning the car for only 6 and a half months. So I took it to a Eurotech to get a final opinion on repairs, where they quoted me for a significantly lower price in repairs. Turns out the transmission

I really wanted to like this shop and was hoping I found a place I can relay on for my BMW repair and work l.. boy was I wrong..
Let me just say my car and front bumper were in perfect shape and aligned perfectly before I came here. I requested an intercooler and chargepipe change on my 640i GC .. They removed my bumper for this job and when I picked up my car, my bumper was not aligned and completely off. I got very frustrated and they tried to correct it as much as they could and it's still off. I now found they also forgot to connect the fog light connectors and other components behind

I towedy Audi A3 in because my car wouldn't start. I had no idea why. Mark knew the problem in no time. It wasy fuel pump! Submitted a request for work that the dealer recommended. Mark, the owner, promptly responded with a quote. I took the vehicle in for service and Mark informed me they would do a diagnostic test to confirm the dealership recommendations. Mark called to notify me that the work the dealer recommended was in fact not necessary and he actually found a leaky water pump which was causing the problem. Gave me a fair price for parts & labor, and the job was completed by the end of the day. Great experience all around.

Mark and his staff are reliable, thorough and take care in what they do. I brought Mark a box of parts and my Audi S4. The guys at Euro Tech installed a lightweight flywheel, stage 4 clutch, stainless steel clutch line and new slave cylinder and change the oil in the transmission. They did and amazing job and I'm very happy with the results. I will definitely be back to Euro Tech when I need work done to my car.

Driving from Arizona to the Bay Area our truck died. Oh yes. On a Sunday! Called and Brian made arrangements to get it towed from our hotel to Euro Tech Imports that day. Now what business would call you back on a Sunday let alone have the vehicle towed. This is an owner who goes above and beyond! He did so on Sunday and the next 3 days as the transmission was replaced. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

Just had my Audi TT 2001 Serviced there. Turbo Charger Replacement, Oil Change, Transmission Fluid Refill, Coolant Refill, and Axel Change. The shop found repairs (Axel replacements) other than my initial turbo charger replacement which was excellent because I already knew that I needed new axels and it was nice that they pointed it out. Mark helped me source the new axels after confirming with me if I wanted to continue with the repairs. This shop had continuous communication with ETA updates, potential problems, and recommendations. This was one of the better experiences I had with an auto repair

I came to them with a problem i was having with my suspension 5 months ago, yes it took me this long to write a review.
I has getting far fetched quotes that my more vehicle knowledgeable friends scoffed at. so it took me a while to get to them.
i was getting frustrated to where i just wanted to tear the car out with quote shopping.
but they came through.
reasonable price.
they did the replacements in one day.
(front and back suspension, replaced the whole thing)
the price did go up a couple hundred dollars because some parts were just so old (original suspension)

The autoshop did not detect all the problems for my car then they told me have to bring the car back to the Dealership center after I paid the amount they said can fix the car (however it did not.) Later the dealership center explained to me the real problem. The problem did not match the statement the store owner explained to me.

Euro tech imports saved me from a bind when my battery unexpectedly died for my Kia Rio the day I was scheduled to travel out of state. No other body shop in the area had the battery I was looking for but when I called euro tech imports they went above and beyond to not only acquire the battery but install it efficiently and promptly. I’ve owned many old and new cars in my time. I can’t stress how important it is to work with the same reliable auto shop during the entire ownership of a car. Guy just sold me a bunch of expensive parts. He assured me that my car would be back to normal running order. But it just sits in my driveway not running. Thought dude was a European car specialist but they could not figure out how to get my car running even after I threw about 3k at it. What a waste of time and a lot of money with this guy.
