We spent more than $15.000 with 180 over the last year to get our business books straight. When we went to file our personal taxes we found that they had made a mistake and counted a large equipment purchase as a personal payout, which meant I personally owed taxes. To correct their mistake, we have to refile our business taxes which costs $250. 180 is refusing to pay to clean up the mistake that they made.
We are all human and mistakes happen, but good businesses always make sure their mistakes do not impact their customers. I would highly recommend looking for someone else who is willing
