We have been in business as a partnership since 1991 in Redondo Beach and perform work in the South Bay and around the Los Angeles vicinity.

We first removed the 2nd story deck and railing, stucco, door, and windows.
We then extended the doorway out 3ft to flush with the existing face of the structure, added the porch and chimney concrete slabs, porch framing and railings, a new gable peak on top of the garage, trellis beam over the garage door, reframed the front and side walls of house for the new windows and door, added earthquake reinforcements, new insulation in walls and chimney, Kolbe and Kolbe windows thoughout, and new closet upstairs.

On this job we had to demolish the existing rotted trellis over the jacuzzi area and the rotted roof of the pool equipment room. We then rebuilt the roof with new joists, plywood, new fan assemblies, and roofing. Along with that we built a new trellis to replace the old with rough fire overhead and pressure treated lumber posts.
This is my brother Gordon's bathroom that we did on Chistmas a couple of years ago. We demolished everything down to the floor and then framed for a new corner tub, sinks, and toilet and added new plumbing. We then tiled with small mosaic tile on the floors and larger mosaic tile around the tub area which we fabricated from white 6x6 tiles with cut corners and blue 2 inch tiles at the corners.
This job was mainly finish involving the assembly and installing of 30 African mahogany door jambs and doors, fabrication of bifold doors for the bedrooms, trim molding for all doors along with base throughout the house, and kitchenmolding. We also fabricated 30 foot beam on the living room ceiling that enclosed the air conditioning ducts and pipes.
On this 1991 remodel we had to strip the entire top half of old siding around the building along with half of the stucco in order to shim the West and East sides out 2-1/2 along the entire length to make them straight. This also required the removal of all windows in those areas and make custom door and window frames to acommidate the thicker walls.
