I have a Mercedes GL350, and it had some problems. I took the car to California Autohous and they made the diagnosis and I agreed for them to proceeded and repair. Also, the car needed the yearly service and I asked them if they would do that too, and they agreed.
Once the car was done, on the way out I asked if they re-set the car computer that the car was serviced, and I was told yes the computer has been reset. However, a couple weeks later the work service light came on the dash board saying that the car is due for service. I called them, and explained. I was asked to bring the car back to

I loved my experience here! Was a little nervous it may be more expensive than other places just due to the Encinitas location/cost of rent, but it was not. I got a fair price, super friendly service and it was a quick turnaround! I’m very happy to know I have somewhere I can trust to bring my car. They did the repairs to my AC so it’s finally running cold, and gave me a list of items we can tackle in the future. I really appreciated that they didn’t push me to do all the repairs at once 😅 Thank you, Levon & team!

Autohaus, and specifically Lavon, have my business (and trust) going forward. This was the first time I used them, and they diagnosed a problem with my 2016 Landrover that was missed by another mechanic that I've used for years. They were honest, and the price for fixing was extremely reasonable. Lavon even encouraged me to get a refund from my other mechanic and gave me the documentation I needed to prove their work provided no value and did not address the issue. We will be taking my wife's BMW here as well in the future. HIGHLY recommend!

I'm not sure about the negative reviews, but my experience with Autohaus and Lavon was exceptional. These guys know Landrovers extremely well, and are honest and reasonably priced. I had gotten a diagnosis from my "regular" mechanic, who not only got it wrong but did work that wasn't needed. Lavon knows his stuff and extremely professional, I highly recommend!

It was the weekend of Memorial, they had planned to close early at 4:30pm. However, my car did not want to cooperate with the time :)

Great crew! Have been taking our Rover here for years. Now also taking our newly acquired Beamer. Always professional and personable. We own a LR4 and a Discovery Sport. My husband got new tires on the LR4 at Discount Tires and one of the workers shared about Autohaus. We usually bring our cars into the dealership but hate paying those expensive prices so we figured we would give Autohaus a try.
Our LR4 had the service check alert for awhile and usually have to book a service appointment at the dealership 1-2 months ahead of time.
We called Autohaus and were able to get in a few days later.
They did a diagnostic test and let us know what issues needed to be addressed about 2 hours later.

Terrible place! Lavon the receptionist is a liar and fraudulent! Watch out for price gouging and added fees for poor work done, no solution, and lack of problem solving. They did not fix my vehicle after a couple grand. " Warning"! Be advised and don't be deceived! Sent this company to the B.A.R. for investigation and FTC, BBB for terrible fraud and service.

are both very personable, accomplished mechanics who formerly worked at the old Pioneer Centres (Land Rover dealership) on Miramar Rd. They have years of experience working on old rovers (Discovery 1, Defender, Range Rover Classic), and one of their lead mechanics, Dave, has done an excellent job servicing both my Range Rover Classic and my Discovery 1. If you have an older Land Rover, don't hesitate to have it serviced by these guys!

So if you've been following my recent reviews, you know I've had car issues. No one ever likes to deal with mechanics regularly. Yesterday I got some help from four different people at an auto parts store to help me replace both headlights in a Mercedes. When I needed the lights last night, one of the headlights wasn't centered well. In fact, not at all! It was facing about 30 degrees left and down from where it should've been in front of the vehicle. When I tried to adjust the bulb, the holding pin came completely out of the housing unit where the bulb would be attached.

Randomly stopped by for a tire pressure issue on our way to Disneyland. This place came through so quickly and identified the leak and even filled our other tires and pointed us to the direction of a tire repair shop. I have 2 Landrover LR4s and used to have a Range Rover - so I've got to know all the Landrover dealers within 100 mile radius. Yet Lavon and Dave at California Autohaus are the only ones that I trust with my cars without question. They are Landrover master technicians which means they have huge experience and really know their stuff. They are accurate and transparent with everything they do.
Most importantly they focus on the customer and solving the problem instead of blindly replacing parts like so many other dealers I've met - its a pleasure dealing with them.
