Opening its doors in 1986, Athens Construction has completed over 35 years of continuous operation, serving the demanding custom home residential market of upscale neighborhoods in the Chicagoland area. The bulk of our work is comprised of custom single-family homes, upscale residential units as complimented by distinctive commercial, retail, and institutional projects.
We are a family business with the second generation taking substantial leadership roles in the management and operation of the firm. We have perfected our craft by executing designs of renowned architects in their field, construction engineers and other design professionals. Having grown with a desire for continuous learning, we expect the same of our staff and new hires.

Athens construction has done numerous projects for our family business facilities and for our home. Their attention to detail, integrity, and responsiveness are second to none in my experience.
