I'm looking for a new CPA to handle my personal and 3 business tax returns. I just called there and the receptionist just seemed very hesitant to give me any information and did not proactively try to set up an appointment with me. Made is seem like they are either too busy or just didn't want my business. I told her I'd call back, but I'll pass.

This is the worst accountant ever! It costs thousands to file our business and personal returns each year, and we have owed every year. The amount charged does not cover emails and phone calls. We were charged for those as well. We owed over $50,000 in taxes since 2012 (all done by S & G). We have a new CPA who has re-filed our back taxes and we will now only owe about $8,000. I wish we would have decided to use a different CPA sooner. Not looking deeper into this situation years ago cost us so much money. If you use this company, make sure to double check your returns.
