Services
Our firm's purpose is simple-to be the voice of the people who are injured by fraud, negligence or other illegal conduct. At Zimmerman Reed we stand by our clients with dedication, purpose, and integrity. We understand that it's not important to make history with each case. You are what's important.
Every case is unique. It's why we bring together the attorneys and professional staff who are best equipped to represent you and your case. Our integrated practice of holding regular strategy meetings in all of our cases assures that we are approaching each case with the most effective strategy and with the best outcome in mind.
Our free market only works when everyone plays on a level playing field. Federal and state antitrust laws establish the baseline rules and encourage healthy competition between businesses by prohibiting anti-competitive conduct-whether price-fixing, monopolization, bid-rigging, rate-rigging or other anticompetitive behaviors.
Zimmerman Reed has a distinct statewide and national reputation for excellence in consumer protection litigation. When corporations conceal their contractual obligations, misrepresent goods or services, charge for services not rendered, or use any kind of unfair business practice, these violations not only injure individuals, they take a significant toll on our society's economic health and on public confidence in the marketplace.
Each year thousands of unsuspecting people are injured by defective drugs and/or medical devices. In order to prevent these defective products from reaching the public, certain protocols and regulations have been established and placed on the manufacturers by the FDA. When a company fails to properly investigate their product and/or fails to report any problems or side effects, they put the public's health in jeopardy.

Let me start by saying: I have not used the services of this law firm. I did not ever contact them, or give them my info. I am not their client. My one star review is based on the fact that they made unwarranted calls to me, and on a holiday no less.
This firm called me early on the morning of Christmas Eve. When I tried to return this mystery call - I was greeted with a voice recording telling me that their office is closed for the holidays. Gee, I wonder why. Maybe because people do not want to be bothered during this time. Very unprofessional. I can't speak on their practices but I would
