As custom home builders, we pride ourselves in our ability to build in every style of home you could possibly imagine. The Strata Via is one of our favorite examples of this. This two-story, five-bedroom, four and a half bathroom, custom home features red roof tiles, exterior stone accents, decorative window grilles, and an arched entryway.
Warmth is the word that comes to mind when we think of The Villa. Rich wooden cabinetry, deep wooden floors, creamy yellow paint undertones, and copper accents combine for a warm and homey feel. But we didn't forget about the style! This home includes custom light fixtures and chandeliers, vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and custom stone and tile work.
Let's talk about the new cool kid on the block, The Rivermont Eagle. This gorgeous four-bedroom, four and a half bathroom is as stylish as they come. We took every opportunity to create a completely unique, stand-out custom home while working on this project. The home itself sits back on a wide and extended walk/driveway - giving you plenty of time to take in the charm as you pull up.
The Corrente Bello custom home is an architectural and design dream. We love the unique texture and pattern play in this home. On the front exterior, smooth texturing is sandwiched between stone accents at the base and decorative shingling on the roof. Inside, wood flooring combines with wood cabinetry, thinly tiled backsplashes, and cool marble countertops.

We built a custom home with Syringa Construction of Idaho. We could not have asked for a better experience! They were organized, knowledgeable and on time. They helped us stay within our budget and our questions were always answered quickly and thoroughly. It has been almost a year and we have not had any issues with our new home. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is more than we could have ever hoped for. If you are looking for the BEST builder in Idaho you MUST use these guys! Thank you Mike and Kim for giving us the most amazing home to raise our family in.

Loved, loved, loved working with Syringa! They allowed us to completely customize the home. Steve did a great job understanding our vision and putting it together. Mike did a great job overseeing the entire construction. He kept us informed regarding timelines, any hitches that occurred, and setting expectations. He also has enough experience that he pointed out things that come with that level of knowledge. Kim and Dee kept us on track for making selections - and they have great taste and vision for keeping things aligned. I loved the subs we worked with - Justin for cabinets, Jon for trim work

We are very pleased with our new Syringa home in Eagle, Idaho. Building a custom home can be intimidating but the process from start to finish was excellent and allowed us to land perfectly on everything we wanted in our dream retirement home. Syringa’s quality is simply exceptional throughout and with no issues after our first year of ownership. The thing that really stood out and made our project impressive is that we were living out of state and both working full time during the entire construction of our home. We only visited four times including design modifications, finish work selections
