Dr. Patel is the BEST! I found her in 2020 and have since moved to DE, but I make the drive to see her whenever I need work done or need a cleaning. She is thorough and explains everything she is doing. I recommend her to anyone who has had a less than desirable experience with dentists over the years. She is the best around, and so are her techs!

I brought my son to see Lexie because she's great with kids and makes them feel comfortable. Prior to this appointment, my son went to a different office that took our insurance, but I wasn't happy with them. Pottstown Family doesn't take our insurance, but I was happy to pay out of pocket for a cleaner office, friendlier staff, and absolutely zero wait time beyond my scheduled appointment. My experience with the entire dental team here was nothing shy of extraordinary. The young woman at the front desk was warm and friendly and helpful. Laura, my dental hygienist, was so personable, friendly, detail oriented, thorough, and delicate. She took the time to explain to me images of my teeth and what they meant. I then saw Dr. Patel who was so warm and kind - she made me feel like she was there for me and not ready to bustle off to the next patient. I have nothing but positives things to say about this practice. I am completely terrified when it comes to the dentist, but no matter how anxious I get, this staff always makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable. They explain what they are doing and always want to answer your questions. Even when the dentist is explaining and teaching their hygienist, I never once feel as though my care is compromised. The staff is always pleasant and informative. Even with Covid they continue to do a fantastic job. I just had a dental procedure with Dr. Patel and she and her staff not only provided amazing dental services as always, they also have a great system in place for dealing with the COVID-19 restrictions and safety measures. It worked so smoothly from calling from the car when arriving, texting the questionnaire and being met at the door by a staff member, taking your temperature and walking you directly to the dentist chair. They make it look easy but I know Dr. Patel and her staff have worked hard to ensure the safety and comfort of the patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Patel for 8 years now. I moved to the area from New York and for many years prior to my move to PA, I was very afraid to go to the dentist. I have been with Dr. Patel for 15-20 years. Dr. Patel and her entire staff are warm, living, caring professionals. I was taken after I broke a tooth on a Thursday nite. I left a message and first thing Friday morning, Dr. Patel's office called me and got me in before 9 AM.

I've seen several dental professionals in the last 5 years due to issues needing to be addressed and moving between states. I was having some issues with dental implants and cracked molars. Luckily we found Pottstown Dentistry! Drs. Patel and Rolotti are extremely through, compassionate and expertly professional in technique, approach and execution.
They also have on-site crown milling capabilities with modern 3D scanning and milling equipment.
The office and dental staff have all been extremely competent and friendly.

Dr. Dan and his hygienist were excellent. I have not had a more comprehensive exam and discussion with a dental team. The office is modern and clean and their technology is very current. I really appreciate the time they took to be thorough and explain the treatment plan. They were a listed provider for my Delta Dental coverage.
