This is the worst insurance experience I have had in all my years of driving. Oh, they’re there when they’re taking your premiums, but just file a claim and see how easily and quickly you’re ignored, re-routed and kept on hold. I would not recommend this agency to my worst enemy! Shop around — there ARE insurance agents who do their jobs and value you as a customer. I wasted two years attempting to settle a claim which impacted my health and I finally gave up. Lisa won this one, but will never see another dime of my money.

I'm pleased with Lisa Blackwell and her staff's service. Insurance and financial investments can be cumbersome to deal with. Lisa took time to educate and helped devise a plan for my individualized needs. Over the years I've been with Lisa we have built a relationship of trust. She has backed everything she's ever communicated with me. In a world where were left on our own device online this is an office you can walk into and get full customer service from beginning to end of any service or claim.
