I hired Bill and his staff for our company picnic yesterday.

First the positives- the food was really good, I had multiple people comment on it, despite everything being room temperature (more on that later).

The staff was all friendly and talkative.

2 of the 3 dancers were great (one of the girls wasn't bad, she just didn't seem to be into it. Maybe she was new and nervous). The crowd participation was a little pathetic, as they can tend to be at company events where booze isn't provided. However the male dancer did such a great job of getting the crowd involved and everyone

Bill and his crew made my mom's surprise 65th birthday party go off without a hitch. Great food, great service and solid communication. Would recommend them to anyone looking to have a luau themed event.

Here is our experience:

They were hired to feed our 400 people wedding, but didn't bring enough food. It was family style, everyone had food to eat, but it was obvious they didnt bring enough food.

In our emails they said they would provide all serving utensils, the weekend prior, they went with our wedding planner to the rental company we were using and adding things to our list without our knowledge.

Our contract stated fire dancers would be provided, none showed up for the wedding.

On the wedding day, he was no where to be found.

Highly suggest you stay away.

Wow, the lengthy tirade Emails and posts from the business have gotten a little crazy. That kind of drama speaks for itself, so I'll leave it off the boards. If you would like any facts about our experience with the vendor please go ahead and send me a message.

Getting married is tough work-- Happy to provide some honest feedback & advice where I can. Good luck & steer clear of drama!
