App. 477, with Maryland's highest appellate court, the Court of Appeals, next denying certiorari at 614 A.2d 973, 328 Md. 447 (1992) (which established new Maryland law, holding that strict liability in tort for loss of consortium injuries caused by dangerous and defective product is akin to negligence).

I would highly HIGHLY recommend Ray Butler as an attorney. He has been extremely hard working, organized and on the ball when dealing with my fatal car accident. You never know what kind of lawyers are out there and knowing if they only care about the money, but he truly cares about your well-being and what is best for you!!
