I hate to write a negative review on anything, but buyers and sellers beware. We assisted my father who was suddenly and tragically was left widowed with the selling of his home and using Lloyd Chambers was like throwing 6% commission in the garbage. We have bought and sold many homes through the years and this was by far the most ridiculous display of a representative we have experienced. Where to start. Right from the jump he underpriced the property but because he was a local realtor instead of a realtor from out of the area my father chose him. There were many times other realtors showed up
