We called for my mother in law. Unfortunately she passed the to complete neglect and abuse she was 72. This firm talked with my husband told him he had a case b.c of sepsis. Then 5 days later calling every day. No talk with a lawyer. I get a email saying were not going to take the case. SORRY but you talked with a son who had just lost his mom. Y'all didmt get the whole story. And if i called everyday for a week. Then maybe you should have giving us a chance.

Talked initially with the intake gal. I don’t believe she got my story straight. Jesse Roach responded in a couple days and told me they could not take my case. He stated if I had any questions he would answer. I asked him some and wanted to know why and what were my challenges and I have yet to hear back from him. I find that extremely unprofessional and to not answer emails is not good.
They want the easy cases and since mine is a little difficult they don’t want to work to hard.
