G/L Accounting Solutions associates have extensive backgrounds in finance, banking, accounting, bookkeeping, and are well aware of the documentation problems facing small businesses, religious houses and non-profits. When you want to "lead the world, " you have to be ready to see things a bit differently than everyone else-W.
We are one of the very few accounting or bookkeeping companies that pay regular visits to our customers' locations. If your business is located within 25 square miles of Columbus, Ohio, we will be there at least 2ice a month. If your business is located anywhere else in the United States, we will pay you at least 1 visit every 3 months (4 times a year), and at least 1 visit a year for businesses outside the United States.
When it came to pricing, we considered the financial constraints of small businesses, especially those who are just starting. We recognize the fact that in the early life of a business, cash is tight, and took this into consideration when we did our pricing. This is why we are offering these essential services for just a fraction of what they would cost in most other places.
Our flexible billing program is one of the best of all small businesses in the country. You get to pick your billing date, and you can change that date anytime you want. You also have the option of paying by check, cash, credit/debit card, money order/cashier's check. You can pre-pay for 6 months and get a 10% discount, or pre-pay for 1 year and get 15% discount.
We take clients from out of state. All they need to do is package all their receipts and mail it to us, or scan their financial transactions to us. In 3 days, their financial statements are ready, and we hold a video-conferencing meeting to discuss the results.
Once, or twice a month, we visit our out of state clients to among other things, establish a meaningful relationship, and to see first hand, what their business models and processes look like.
