My wife and I decided to call Vince earlier this year when we decided to sell our townhouse in Sykesville and purchase another home in Carroll county. We had partnered with Vince several years earlier when we wanted to sell our rental property (which we did and only in a matter of days!) and we wanted to do the same selling the townhouse and purchasing a new home. Vince and his team are fantastic! As a first-time home purchaser, Vince navigated me through the complicated processes involved without rushing or pressure.
