Always been very happy with this practice. My tech, Rachael is the best; does a great job and is very personable. Dr. Sam is very pleasant and attends to any problems efficiently. There is one improvement to the office staff that could boost the reviews of this practice, but overall my experience here has been very good.

We had a decent first experience and that's pretty much where it ends. The hygienist did a super thorough job, HOWEVER front desk staff could use some SERIOUS training. We had a follow up cleaning scheduled for April 17th. That was obviously canceled and we called last week to reschedule. When I called, I spoke to Cindy (the dentists WIFE/MOTHER) whom has never been nice.This is what happened....
Cindy proceeded to tell me that I needed to be patient and wait for the office to call and reschedule. She also mentioned that they weren't the ones that canceled the appointments, it was

Service was fine. Dentist was fine. We were over billed. They told me that "the insurance company was trying to trick" us??? Even though they are in-network, they didn't honor the MetLife negotiated rate. I was able to get some of the money back, but not what they owed us. While at the office, i saw another customer come in with a similar complaint. With so many dentists in Naples, I would recommend you avoid this one if you value honesty.

I can't say enough about this practice. Dr. Sam and his team were great and provided me with two treatment options to consider in a pressure free environment. I couldn't be happier with the results and with the attentive care they provided.
