James L Boehm, CPA has been the managing partner of Boehm and Boehm since 1982. Jim specializes in helping individuals and small businesses with tax compliance and consulting. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Jim worked for a big 8 accounting firm in Houston, Texas for 4 years where he gained a wealth of knowledge regarding small business operations and wealth accumulation strategies for individuals.

Emily Boehm graduated from Alamo Heights High School and the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in accounting. She received her CPA certificate in 1967. With the exception of 3 years as the internal auditor of the University of Texas at El Paso, she has been in public practice her entire career.

Jimmy Boehm specializes in small business taxation and consulting. Jimmy works closely with business owners to manage their individual, state, and US obligations and reporting requirements. A graduate of Alamo Heights High School and the University of Texas at San Antonio, Jimmy has been working in the field of public accounting since 1999.
