Dr. Furniss is a graduate of the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. While in dental school he was a member of the dental fraternity Delta Sigma Delta, an active participant in many Missions of Mercy providing much-needed dental care throughout rural Virginia, and a recipient of the National Health Services Corps scholarship.

Penney is our Office Manager. She has been in the dental field for several years, and she joined our team in 2013. Penney has worked in all aspects of the dental field, from registered dental assistant to Hygiene Coordinator. Her organizational skills are second to none and we love having her on our team.
Furniss Instead of using a single dental implant for every missing tooth, we can now use four implants on top and/or four on the bottom to anchor full, implant-supported dentures. Your dentist can attach a denture at those spots. The cost of All-On-4 dental implants can vary depending on. Furniss Mini dental implants can be a good option for patients looking to replace lost teeth without using conventional restorations.

They got me in same day I called thankfully. I needed a tooth pulled, which Dr. Furnish did. After it was pulled it was barely rinsed and gauze put in place. I have had a lot of teeth pulled and this one didn't feel normal. I got to my car, and looked in the mirror and it was covered with clots. It was so strange and nasty. I changed my gauze and drove home. It didn't happen again and I didn't have a dry socket. Just weird. My whole experience was really good.

I’ve been to a lot of dentists before, and some of them have seriously hurt me. One dentist even has a reputation for it but this was before the time of Internet and ratings.
Dr. Furniss must have studied and worked hard because he never let me even feel the needle, and does everything in a way that got it done without me feeling a single bit of pain. Not once.
The staff will listen to you without judging you, and everyone there feels like a friend. I feel so much better, and look forward to getting my life back thanks to Furniss dentistry.
