There are three phases of care that patients will travel through during their course of treatment. Each phase gives separate and distinct benefits to the patients, and each takes a different time frame to accomplish, depending on the initial patient condition at the time treatment begins. They informed me of a new policy AFTER my visit which cost me $100 compared to the typical $30 copay. They claim they can't file insurance because I don't come frequently enough. My insurance company said they know nothing of this and just have a maximum visits/cost per year. I think they are trying to weed out infrequent customers and use this to push existing customers to come more frequently. Disappointed and poor business practice.
