Tipping Point Communications
Delivering proactive, data-driven solutions that create authentic connections and build lasting customer relationships. Those are the moments we live for. When things are in the balance and could go either way, proper communication is paramount. It's all about the strategic advantage, the ability to join in the conversation, have the hard conversation, or the right social post at the right time.

It's at that point that you need someone firmly in your corner. Every form of communication is an opportunity for a conversation. Some are hard and some are easy, but each and every one is necessary. What's most important is being able to help clients communicate with the right people, at the right time.

At Tipping Point, we are your biggest advocate, guiding you through strategic planning, sharing your stories, engaging your audiences, helping you manage the ups and downs, and together, celebrating your wins. The first ingredient in our focus on client success is our unique IGNITE Process.

It is based on the belief that in order to create the best possible outcomes, you need insights and experience, genuine and passionate people, a laser-sharp focus on objectives (needs), and ideas that spark action, deliver results and exceed expectations. That is what our IGNITE process allows us to do, every time.
Sometimes there's no easy way around it. It's tough out there and you need someone in your corner. Tipping Point is your messaging mentor helping you prepare, evolve, solve, and own your brand's position. You need data that speaks, media that's personal and you need to protect your brand. We are your biggest advocate, guiding you through the ups and downs, and together, celebrating your wins.
We deliver proactive and data-driven solutions to create authentic connections and memorable experiences that help brands find their spark and build lasting relationships. Marketing used to be simple: put an ad in the paper or book a TV spot and wait for phone calls to start coming in. Now, your audience is watching ad-free streaming services while scrolling through their Facebook feeds at the same time.
Can you listen to your gut feelings and launch a marketing campaign without prior market research and proper strategy? Sure, but you shouldn't. To maximize your return-on-investment and the contributions to your long-term bottom line, it pays off to do some form of market research to carefully develop a strategy for your next marketing initiative.
When it comes to public relations, we're not just your agency, we're your trusted partner. We have your back 24/7/365 to do everything from helping you prepare for a keynote speaking engagement or grand opening ceremony, to communicating with your local legislative or government representative or guiding you in the heat of a crisis.

I've worked with Tipping Point Communications for more than 10 years. All of their staff are professional, experienced in their field, easy to work with and offer creative ideas when needed! Prices for… services have always been on budget and projects, quotes, media placement etc. on deadline. They are consistently a pleasure to work with and it is more of a partnership than a vendor/client relationship. Tipping Point Communications truly cares about adding success wherever they can.

It’s time to acknowledge your PR firm screwed up big time in regards to High Acres landfill. I’d suggest you cut ties with Waste Management, unless, of course, you want to continue to be associated with lies and unethical business practices.

I would drop Waste Management as a client if I were you...WM is very unpopular in the Rochester area because of the mess they've made with High Acres Landfill. I would travel out to the landfill and smell it for a few days before you decide that you want to try and improve their image.

Multiple members of this company joined a private FB group under the pretense of residing in an area that is impacted by noxious odors emanating from High Acres Landfill, all the while partnering with WM to help spread lies and misinformation. After laying low in the FB group for months with no participation (no likes, no comments, no filing of… odor complaints), they were called out for being moles. Once they were exposed, they asked for "two-way dialogue" and tried to justify their membership by saying they were local residents. This company uses deceitful business practices. They were

This PR firm is currently helping a local landfill portray themselves as a Good Neighbor. This is the same Landfill that is polluting the Eastside of Monroe County with noxious gasses and refusing to cooperate with the residents it is based in. The same company that brings in more train loads of trash from New York City than they can handle… allowing it to pollute our towns filling homes and schools with horrendously offensive odors. This firm had it's employees join a PRIVATE/Closed Facebook Group to help this corrupt business gather information. They hid, trolling posts and feeding on

It is believed that your employees used underhanded tactics to gather information on the workings of an grassroots group who is staunchly opposed to the actions of one of the clients you represent. They snuck into our clossed Facebook group under false pretenses and only outted themselves when they were caught. They hid in the background since December. What kind of business ethics do you subscribe to?
