Johnny Mariscal is a project manager who works for Heritage Construction. He is the subject of this critique. Last year we had a plumbing leak. Our claims adjustor came up with Johnny's name. According to our insurance company, Johnny was supposed to speak with me directly on all matters, but instead he chose to refer all conversations to our claims adjustor. Apparently, he had a problem with me even though I never met him and the only time we spoke was a brief conversation over the phone to arrange for a plumber to come out.

When the plumber came out he called Johnny and had him on speaker
