For me counseling is like trying to help someone get to a destination. There are different routes or ways we can take, but ultimately we will work together to find the route and method that works best. Counselor Lytle is gift from God. She is a very energetic, compassionate and knowledgeable counselor who is willing to listen and equip couples with tools that will to enhance their lives and relationships.
She challenges couples and individuals to "be real" about their issues and seek help when it is needed. Our marriage has been transformed thanks to her. We went from a non-communicative and an unproductive relationship to a more interactive and collaborative relationship in a matter of months where we had been stuck and struggling for years.

I help individuals, couples and families deal with the tension that comes with life transitions. My approach integrates counseling theory and spirituality. It encourages hope and empowerment to the lost, lonely, and left out, allowing them to move to a place of wholeness and healing. Working with a wide spectrum of cultural and religious backgrounds, I have the ability to meet people where they are at in their journey.

Sex addicts have sex without regard to potential consequences. Sex is used as a quick fix to relieve anxiety, loneliness, abuse or pain, etc. According to the American Association of Marriage and Family therapy, there are approximately 12 million sex addicts in the United States. Sexual addiction manifests itself in different degrees and forms.
Not at all. Reaching out to seek for help is really a sign of strength and thinking about asking is the first step. I believe that everyone needs a little help getting out of that rut or over that hill which is kept you stuck. What may have worked for you in the past is no longer working and you may feel overwhelmed.
I am considered an out- of- network provider. If you elect to use your insurance benefits you may ask for a receipt and diagnosis code so you can submit them to your insurance company for appropriate reimbursement. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part.
