I hired Syphard Construction to coordinate repairs on my home after a toilet supply line had leaked. Brian Syphard gave me a realistic timeframe for how long it would take for the work to be done. This is important because he did not sugarcoat the fact that I would be out of the home for 7 weeks once the work got underway. In fact, Brian and Roger (the project manager) were very forthright and clear about what was going on and how long it would take and whether or not it could even be done. For example, there were some light fixtures I wanted to switch out but Roger told me the ones I wanted were

We had pretty bad water damage and the folks at Syphard, including the owner, made a very stressful situation as easy as it could be. They were very responsive when I had questions, and they're work is top notch. I'd recommend Syphard Construction to anyone and would certainly use them again.

Our washing machine upstairs flooded the kitchen and hardwoods throughout the home. They ripped out and replaced the floors, replaced the drywall in the kitchen and painted 5 rooms. Brian and his team was awesome. We would definitely recommend this company.

Brian and his team did a wonderful job fixing our home after a giant tree fell on It this summer. I was dreading the whole process of finding contractors, working with insurance etc... especially given half our home was destroyed. They certainly helped make a very bad situation as easy as possible. Brian and the insurance claim specialist worked great together which certainly helps. We are now back in our home and the work is complete and was done extremely well. Syphard also did some extra work I wanted done that also came out extremely well.
