Philip Daunt is a friend first and my attorney second. It did not start that way, but he was there for me and my family in so many ways during the several times that he help me personally. As a real estate professional, Philip represented many dozens of my clients over the past decade with brilliant success. He is my first choice for problem solving and my only choice when it takes a master of mediating a solution. Philip Daunt is a fine attorney, who cares.

It's not often you're able to leave your attorney's office feeling better than when you arrived... Philip is reasonable in every way & I'm often able to get an appointment the same day. I never feel rushed and am confident I'm getting sound real estate counsel each visit!

My neighbor and I went to see Mr. Daunt over a road issue. We went as a team to split the costs.
Mr. Daunt was aware that we wanted any communication with his paralegal or secertary for the lesser charge. this did not happen.
We were asked for a $4,000 retainer. We were invoiced separately at $400.00 each for the consulation. Then we were charged things like Mr. Daunt leaving me a voicemail of 1 minute and 22 seconds at the rate of $40.00. Sending me an email at the charge of $40.00 and reading my very short responce of maybe 5 words another $20.00.
All adding up to $700.00 each for my neighbor
