I was hit by a Ford F-250 from behind. My lower back was herniated and I was in a lot of pain. Bonnie Ramos was my case worker and she kept me up to date every step of the way. I had to have multiple steroid shots in my back and it was very painful. She was able to negotiate my medical bills and help me in the end. Hank represented me for a car accident and was awesome! The experience was great. I hurt my knee in the accident and he was able to handle everything. I was able to get the medical treatment I needed and we ultimately settled my case for more than the insurance company wanted to offer. It is so important to find the right attorney to help you with your case. I had 2 prior cases that involved the loss of both of my legs. Some lawyers just care about money and some lawyers care about the client and getting the most value out of their case for them.
During my case I wanted to borrow money against the case and they encouraged me not to do this and I took their advice and found this to be very caring on my behalf as opposed to simply allowing me to do this and giving all my compensation back

Hornsby Law recently represented me in a workers compensation case. My case was fairly small compared to the other cases they deal with, but that did not affect the way they treated my case.
