Darvin C. (D.C.) Melton, Jr. founded Melton & Associates CPAs, LLC in 2014 after four years of working as an independent CPA and more than 16 years working in public accounting. His areas of specialization include tax and providing consultation to businesses. D.C. earned his Master of Taxation degree at the University of Denver.
After eight years in the tax department of a national CPA firm, Michael started his tax practice in 1986, which has grown to a practice now serving approximately 300 clients. His areas of specialization include taxation of all types of for-profit businesses, including professional medical and legal practices, taxation of nonprofit organizations, and estate and gift taxation and planning.
Jen has over 20 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, and operations. She began her career as an advertising executive serving national clients, and eventually led the financial and daily operations of an interactive marketing agency. She then pursued an exciting opportunity to help develop the sales organization of technology start-up.
