Methane mitigation, VOC mitigation and Below grade waterproofing are our specialty. We work with the most prominent Methane Engineering Consultants in the Country giving us the upper hand to assist our clients from start to finish. Most projects begin with straight forward probes of the soil. Probes are set at random locations at a variety of depths.
If your construction site is located in the city of Los Angeles or Playa Vista, then you are most likely located in the "Methane Zone" and or "Methane Buffer Zone". If this is the case then you will require a Methane soil gas investigation report. RRC has a build strong lasting relationships with a wide network of certified and registred Methane / VOC design engineers.

I would definitely hire Ray Construction again. Of the several contractors we had come out to quote us, Ray's stood out as someone I felt I could trust to do the work to my house, and I was not disappointed. Pricing was competitive, work quality appears to be good, and at several points they took the time to do the job right - to explain what they encountered and why it should be addressed. They didn't try to nickel and dime me for additional work. They were communicative and prompt. I am quite happy with the work they did and would recommend them without hesitation to family and friends.
