Karen Rubel is the Executive Director to the Owner Ralph Nannola and Vice President Lisa Nannola at American Casualty Insurance Agency. Her work experiences includes working for Independent/Captive Agencies as a Customer Service Representative, her current role as an Executive Director for over 25 years, and with Dairyland Insurance Companies as an Underwriter/Accounting Supervisor for 9 and a half years.
She was presented with the Travelers South Central Region 2011 High Achievers Award for her outstanding performance. Karen was a volunteer fire fighter for the San Marcos Fire Department, Manchaca Volunteer Fire Department, and Leander Fire Department. With the Leander Fire department, she was a member of the board of directors for several years, an EMT, and Engineer before leaving.
