Fully licensed and bonded, member of the Master Builders association. Dave Chambers began building homes with his father at age 16 in and around the Sammamish Plateau for 15 years. When his father retired, he began a new career with 2 large local building companies. During the economic downturn, he decided to venture out and open his own construction business, following in his father's footsteps.

Cascade Construction Services was established in 2009 and we specialize in residential remodel and repair. Dave transformed our failing island home deck into a beautiful new outdoor space that I won't have to worry about for years (we went from wood to synthetic). The operation was turnkey - Dave's team managed from start (material ordering/barging to island) to finish (including cleanup).
