Barrister Title Services ("BTS") was incorporated in Indiana in 1997. BTS is owned and operated by the attorney partners of the law firm Nelson & Frankeberger. BTS is located onsite at Nelson & Frankenberger. Our building is located off of Pennsylvania Street, between College Drive and Congressional Boulevard.

I love Barrister Titles flexibility. Kim was able to switch my closing time 3 times because of my work. Gary Myers is awesome to work with I had a couple issues that I actually called him after 7pm at night and he answered and said he would reach Kim to change my closing time. Great experience. My boyfriend and I are in the process of getting our restate license and we are going to use them.
