Communication with reception was terrible. They would cancel appointments or reschedule and never call us or tell us. We waited 2 months for them to get in contact with insurance. Every time we called for info about the insurance, they said they would call tomorrow and then let us know by the end of the week. They would never call us back. It was just an overall bad experience. My wife got a tooth pulled and they pulled the tooth before she was even numb. They didn’t even give her discharge paperwork or nothing. Just sent her on her way in tears from the pain without anything. I had to go in

I love Dr. Hwang! I have really bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist and always have, even as an adult. The past 2 dentist who have worked there in the past never seemed to care or accommodate that. Dr. Hwang makes me feel so comfortable and constantly ask if I’m ok and updates me as he goes while doing the dental work. He is soo PATIENT!! I drive an hour to come for my appointments and will continue to. 12/10 recommend Dr. Hwang!

Dr. Hwang is a wonderful doctor. He is very thorough with what he does. His communication skill is top-notch. He also accommodated me to see me in an emergency. I feel so refreshed after getting my treatment from him. Everyone there treats you with the utmost respect and compassion. I can't recommend more.

The people working at this office are always pleasant, informative and accommodating. Our daughter loves coming here! We never have a long wait and yet they are very thorough with the cleaning and exam. When she needed braces they recognized she was a challenging case, that they wouldn’t be able to do in their office, so they referred us to an amazing orthodontist to assist us with those specific needs. I would absolutely recommend them for all your family dental needs. They are well priced (we are self pay), well staffed, kind, great with kids, honest and thorough.

I absolutely love this place!!! I just got my braces off after 3 years of wearing them. I LOVE Dr. Pham! Im probably one of her oldest patients ever, and probably one of her more difficult cases. She was able to correct my teeth and give me a smile I’ve never had before. She truly is an Angel!!! The staff there is incredible, every single one of them!
