I've been using this Agency for several years now. I'm always greeted warmly and they make an effort to get to know you a little bit which is my favorite thing about this office. For one they put me on an insurance policy with my ex husband from whom I’ve been divorced from for 4 years now when I called to set up my own policy for just myself and my one car. Then they “fixed” it and gave me my own policy number and from there on kept charging me more and more having me over pay different amounts claiming due to loss of discounts because I wasn’t on a policy with him anymore and multiple cars and yet told me before a number we had agreed upon was a set. They claimed the new policy I was on and the amount was just a quote. Go anywhere but here they are thieves. And

I don’t love that they try to sell you lots of other services and make unsolicited phone calls to do so. But the office staff is good at their actual job and normally very helpful.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Bryan's crew made a mistake that cost us over 600 dollars.when I spoke with him about the mistake, he threw it back on me stating that I had responsibility to know what coverage I had.. I thought my house was covered for rental and it was not.. they are not accountable for their short comings.
