Melissa Oliver was absolutely horrible to deal with. She represented the buyer of my home and couldn't have been less kind or empathic. I was a new mom with a 9 week old and she repeatedly made horrific comments to me whilst I was in my home and about me others complaining if I didn't clear out of my home in enough time foe her to show the property without me there. I could hear and see her say things about my and my family without out any regard to me being a new mother or that, since we were in a remote location and I had a newborn sometimes it wasn't totally possibly to clear

After having a great experience with one of their selling agents, the office didn't return my calls for two days resulting from the house they were representing getting an offer. The agent went on to say that they were not accepting any more offers even though the listing said that they are accepting backup offers. The office's response was only to say that they have too much business to call everyone back.
