GetTheReferral was conceived based on a real business need. In 2013, as the owner of a solar company, our CEO, Jamey Vumback, noticed the company was still using antiquated lead-generating methods. They were still "cold calling" and spending enormous amounts of money on outmoded forms of advertising such as call centers, direct mail, radio and television.
We pride ourselves on the fact that all of our customers would gladly tell others to use us. People in your network (Advocates) can refer anytime and anywhere right on their phone, with a Referral App. Advocator App is a free Referral App available to anyone who wants to earn rewards and money for sending referrals.
Based on insights and opportunities gleaned from some of the best research out there, we designed a referral software to amplify the referral process, which is why it works brilliantly. We payed GTR for an app in hopes it was going to add value to our business in a certain way. Unfortunately the app didn’t worn as expressed on the sales call. They offered a Band-Aid solution to a few issues that we weren’t pleased with. Instead of refunding us thousands of dollars they tell us “ well you signed a contract so your going to have the pay the remaining year”

Our company used their old platform over a year ago, and then we acquired another company who had upgraded to the new version. I was very pleasantly surprised to see all the changes.
