I was told it would take 10 minutes for my order and it took almost 40 minutes. The food was overcooked and tasted horrible!! I do not recommend

The young girl taking orders in the front has a NASTY NASTY attitude before you even begin talking. She doesn’t let you finish a sentence, like that could make any difference in time considering they take 30 mins for a plate anyways. Very horrible customer service. Very tacky place.

Young lady at the front of the restaurant today is RUDE to everyone...I mean RUDE. Staffing issue for sure.

Horrible costumer service and the sweet tea is extremely sweet that no human being can drink something like that. Soon as I got home with my order and I started drinking the tea I called them to ask for the refund and they denied saying sweet tea supposed to be sweet. 2 waisted jars of teas and they lost a costumer. I won’t NEVER come back to this place!

The female worker here have a horrible attitude. Everytime I come to this place it's always something with her. She has this idc attitude. I will NOT be coming back!!!

Charged 14.25 for steak teriyaki bowl. No teriyaki sauce was even used. If I didn't drive back to work to find this out. Would gotten my money back and went else where. All this is, is seasoned steak on fried rice. Hope this location gets better.

Food is good each time I order, but the customer service is terrible. The young person at the front is rude. I have greeted her and said thank you, but she has no reply with the look of being annoyed. Im considering not going back.

Not worth it. Our delivery guy left his trash in our delivery bag. Beef and broccoli was all broccoli with four small pieces of beef and no sauce.

Used to be our go to restaurant to get decent Chinese food not after tonight. Ordered food at 6:15PM were told it will take about 45 minutes 7:05PM called to check up on the food, they said it’s on its way and hung up... called at 7:30PM were told that since it was busy it just left the restaurant and hung up. Ended up calling back and cancelling the dinner all together, food is decent but due to horrible customer service will not be returning.

Everytime my family and I have ordered food from here it has been incredibly delicious! Great servings and always fresh. On a number if occasions my fiance and I order take out to eat at the park. Each time, it has been easily 45 before we get to eat it and by the time we do, it's still super fresh and delicious.

I order a PuPu Platter. It comes with chicken teriyak,cheese wonton,sweet&sour chicken,egg roll, fried shrimp,chicken wing, fried scallop and crab stick. Do you see all that??? Very disappointed. Fool me once

This is our go to place for chinese. My kids love the shrimp fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, cashew chicken and orange chicken. I love that I can get Japanese hibachi food there also since I am not fond of the chinese food anywhere in Fayetteville. Inexpensive, good food, quick for take out and they are doing a great job during Covid.

After stopping in tonight I arrived home with my food to discover that our general tsaos wing were beyond HOT. We've previously purchased these wings ...5-6 times and always hot but good . I called and asked if could exchange them for something else she refused , but admitted they added more chili oil than normal and more peppers . I'll never order again , she was rude and refuses to help . Now my kids have food they can't eat . What a waste and horrible way to treat customers .

Delivery took an hour and a half when they gave me a 45-55 min estimate. When I got the food the won ton soup had a cleaning product taste to the barely flavored broth. Beef Lo Mein was lacking in flavor and had a few tiny bits of beef in it. The only reason why 2 stars is for the fact that the delivery driver was very nice and apologetic about the wait.

Me and my husband ordered from here twice. the first time, we weren't completely happy with it. food wasn't all that tasty and it took the guy over 30 minutes to get to us.
about a few months later we decided to try it again. and we are even more disappointed than before. my chicken WASNT CHICKEN, it was 80% all fried batter! and the rice wasn't flavored at all.
my husband's meal wasn't all that great either.
needless to say, our last time going here.

My order total came to 21.69. Once the driver arrived the price was upped to 24.00. The food wasn't edible. Rice was cold and the chicken was hard. I had missing food and a drink. I was cheated out of 3 extra dollars and didn't receive all of what I ordered.

Probably the best Chinese I have had in a few years. Delivery was friendly and on the expected time.
Only thing I didn't like was when I tried to call in an order, the guy picked up the phone and set it down and did not talk to me. Very unprofessional. Also, send forks with food please and thank you!

I ordered at 5 called at 7 and still no food. The guy on the phone constantly avoided my questions and talked to other people instead. Screw this place!

Panda House has an easy to use online ordering system. Our order was delivered exactly as placed, earlier than expected, by a courteous delivery driver, with a moderate delivery fee. The menu offered inexpensive, yet good food... All-in-all, a very good experience. We will definitely order from this restaurant again.

Alright food, mediocre service. Delivery times exceeding 1:30 for a delivery less than 1 mike away.
Update: 2 hours, have not received order.

Have ordered since and deliveries have been on time or early.

Order here through yelp app. Order comes quickly & food is good & lots of choices. Never had an issues.

We ordered take out. The person taking the order was very polite. However, our order was I unfortunately incorrect. Paid for 2 orders of spring rolls and only received 1. Also ordered spicy fried rice but got plan and bland. Despite the politeness of the person taking our order we won't be ordering take out from the Panda house anytime soon.

DO NOT ORDER!!! I have NEVER been so mad at a restaurant that I actually have posted on here or given 1 star! I called in a order and they said about 1 hour, I can understand that it's busy... 1 hr 20 min go by and no food. I call and they state that their driver was finishing his last stop then to me.maybe 10-20 min more, I wait an additional 30 min and call again and they say their driver has been gone for over an hour. As I'm on the phone the driver pulls up, the man on the phone apologizes and tells me it is free. I hand my phone to the driver so he can confirm his bosses wishes,

I only use these guys for their delivery service, and I found it to be very good. They came when they said they were going to come. Most places will state that they might come in half an hour maybe 45 minutes maybe an hour but these guys came very quickly.

The food was great. And there was a lot of food it ended up being my breakfast and lunch for the next day. Definitely a place I would go again.

We used the eat 24 app to order our food. The app was great. We ordered sweet and sour chicken combination plate and Kung pao chicken. The food was delicious and it was delivered right on time. My only complaint is that I didn't get any egg rolls with my combination plate. That's my favorite part. :/ overall, it was good and I'll be back.

Best Chinese food I have eaten in the area. Convenient location and great service. Good to see kind people like this receive good business!
