You can do these four stretches before you get out of bed in the morning; first, both knees to the side, second knees to the chest, third a stretch for the gluts/piriformis/sciatica and a fourth one to help the muscles stabilize the back. Next, I go over a range of motion stretches flexion, extension, lateral bend to left & right, and rotation from left to right.

I came to see Dr. Aldridge to get preventative care and to see how my alignment looks like. I like that he offers a complete body evaluation from the feet up with x-rays on the first consultation. He has a holistic approach. I have recommended his services to my husband, and both my husband and I are happy with the care we are receiving.
